SnoutScan (dogfoodscore.com) is a free tool run by one person in Singapore. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
A SnoutScan score is an automated opinion based only on the ingredient text you give it, worked out with the fixed rules described in How SnoutScan scores dog food. It is not a test of the food, a statement of fact about any brand or product, or a claim about how a food is made. The same product can score differently if its label is typed, photographed or read differently.
SnoutScan is not professional or veterinary advice. It does not know your dog, their health or their needs. Talk to your vet before changing your dog's diet, and contact a vet straight away if you think your dog has eaten something harmful.
The site is provided as is. We try to keep the scores and guides accurate, but we do not promise they are complete, correct or always available. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or harm that comes from using the site or from decisions made based on it, including decisions about what to feed your dog.
You are responsible for the text you scan or share. Please only share content you have the right to share, and do not use the site to post anything unlawful, misleading or abusive. Anyone with a share link can see the result, and we may remove any shared result at our discretion.
If you think a score, guide or shared result is wrong or unfair, including if you make the product, email [email protected] with the link and what is wrong. We will look at it and fix or remove it where that is warranted.
The site shows ads from Google AdSense and links to other sites, such as Ko-fi for tips. We do not control those sites or ads and are not responsible for them. Ads never affect scores. How we handle your data is covered in the privacy policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
